Process and Procedures

Ready to take the next step? Here's how to get started and the overall process:

Step 1:

• Determine the source of the footage.
• Go to "Pricing" and purchase desired package
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase by credit card, PayPal, check.

Step 2:

• Once payment clears you’ll be contacted by our staff to gather information.
• You'll be emailed forms to provide sport-specific information for producing the video.
• Ship footage in padded box or envelope to avoid damage or schedule dates for your production shoot.

Step 3:

• Once we have received the footage and forms you will receive a proof within 2 weeks.
• If changes are needed, a second proof will be delivered within 1 week.
• If no changes are needed, the digital file will be posted on our web site immediately and the DVD's will be shipped within 1 week.
